Where do you stop on your tours and what sights will I see?
Stops vary by tour, but we schedule stops at all major highlights along the route. If there’s a significant wildlife sighting and it’s safe, the driver will stop so you can take photos.
What should I bring with me on my tour?
A camera and layers for changing weather. You may bring snacks and drinks. If your tour ends somewhere different from where you started, bring any necessary luggage.
What should I wear on my tour?
Dress in layers, wear good walking shoes with grip, and bring sunscreen, a camera and some light snacks.

What types of payment are accepted for your tours?
VISA and Mastercard online; cash and debit are accepted at Pursuit Adventure Centre locations.
Is it free to enter Banff and Jasper National Parks?
No. Parks Canada requires adult visitors to buy a permit for the duration of their stay. Day Passes or a Discovery Pass are available in person at park gates and information centres. Admission for youth 17 and under is free.
Is breakfast or lunch included in my tour? Will I be able to purchase food during the tour?
Lunch is available on all sightseeing tours. Tours make stops along the way; some stops may offer food or snacks to go.

What is your cancellation policy on sightseeing tours?
Full refunds are provided if cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled departure time.
What amenities do the sightseeing motor coaches have?
52-seat luxury coaches with large windows, onboard washroom facilities, reclining seats, climate control, onboard refreshments and a professionally trained tour guide.
Is there Wi‑Fi on the sightseeing motor coach?
No. Wi‑Fi is not available because tours travel through areas without reception.
Will I see wildlife on the tour?
Wildlife sightings are common but cannot be guaranteed. Bears, moose, elk, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, deer and others live in the parks and sightings are unpredictable.
What is the physical difficulty level of the tour?
Tours involve short disembarks for views and photos and require only light walking. High altitude can make activity slightly more strenuous—ask staff for assistance if needed.
