What does this tour highlight?
This tour visits spectacular natural treasures in Jasper National Park. Highlights include the Hanging Valley Viewpoint, Medicine Lake, and Maligne Lake.
How much time do we spend at each stop?
Your stop times may vary. On average, you will spend approximately 10 minutes at the Hanging Valley Viewpoint, 10 minutes at Medicine Lake and 30 minutes at Maligne Lake (not including the Maligne Lake Cruise).
Will I be able to join a cruise on Maligne Lake?
Yes, when the Maligne Lake Cruise is open for the season, it is included as part of your tour. However, during the early season when the Maligne Lake Cruise is not yet open, you will still be taken to the lake to enjoy the beautiful views, but the cruise will not be part of your excursion.
Does Maligne Lake Cruise operate when raining?
Yes. The cruise boat will be enclosed, so rain will not affect your cruise departure.
How long is the Maligne Lake Cruise?
The cruise on Maligne Lake will last approximately 1.5 hours.
What should I bring on my tour?
A camera is recommended as well as dressing in layers appropriate for the weather. You are welcome to bring snacks and drinks with you. If your tour ends in a location different from your departure location, be sure to bring along any necessary luggage.
Will I have time to catch the afternoon transfer to Lake Louise, Banff or Calgary?
No. Unfortunately, since the tour concludes at 3 p.m. you would not be back in time to catch this transfer.
What should I wear on my tour?
We always recommend that you bring layers with you, even on those warm summer days since some sightseeing stops will be a little cooler than others. Wear some good walking shoes with grip; bring your camera, sunscreen and some light snacks.
Are the tours wheelchair accessible?

Are your child friendly?
Yes! Our sightseeing tours are a great way for families to experience the Canadian Rockies. For small children, car seats or boosters are required. Any child 5 and under are free when accompanied by an adult. For small children, car seats or boosters are required.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refunds are provided if cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled departure time.
Will I see wildlife on the tour?
Wildlife sightings are very common in the National Park, but we cannot guarantee animal sightings. There are a lot of bears, moose, elk, big horn sheep, mountain goats, deer and more that share the parks with us and because they are in their natural habitat, their sightings are unpredictable.
What is the physical diffuculty level of the tour?
While Brewster Sightseeing tours include scenic moments where you will disembark to take in the views or capture photos, it does not require any physical activity beyond a stroll. Due to the high altitude of both Banff and Jasper, some guests may find physical activities are slightly more strenuous than usual.
